Pork and Mashed Potatoes

On Sunday, September 18, 2011 I made Pork cutlets, mashed potatoes, gravy, sauteed mushrooms, and corn.

Recipe


Pork:


season about 1/2-1 C. of flour with garlic and paprika, salt and pepper


dredge pork or cubed pork into the flour


fry pork in vegetable oil.
